Welcome to Framecrafft Productions (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We offer professional photography and Videography and content creation services, including but not limited to portraits, events, weddings, and commercial photography. The specifics of each service, including deliverables and timelines, will be detailed in the contract agreed upon by both parties.
2. Bookings
Bookings for our services can be made via our website, email, or phone. A non-refundable deposit of minimum 5000 INR is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via the following methods:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface) ( Gpay and Phonepay)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- NEFT/RTGS (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
Payments must be completed as per the schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled service date will forfeit the non-refundable deposit, but any other amounts paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before the scheduled service date will be forfeited
Cancellation by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund of all amounts paid will be provided, including the deposit.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, but we cannot guarantee availability.
5. Delivery of Services
- Digital images will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after the shoot date, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- All deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed upon in the contract.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions and permits for locations where photography services are to be provided.
- Clients must arrive on time for scheduled shoots. Delays may affect the quality and quantity of deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property
- All images taken by us remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal or agreed commercial use.
- Clients must not alter or edit the images without our consent.
- We reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained during the provision of our services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Our liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the Gujarat and karnataka State. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat & Bangalore only.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
